CHP units are highly-efficient devices for combined production of heat and power. The waste heat generated in the power production process is purposefully used for heating or cooling.

Service support is an integral part of the business partnership between TEDOM and its customers. Service department staff, responsible for these services have gained significant volume of data by long-term daily experience with servicing hundreds of CHP units operated by our customers.

Each CHP unit consists of hundreds of component parts. To avoid long waiting time for receiving spare parts for our customers, TEDOM keeps over 7000 spare part items in reserve in the Výèapy central warehouse. We are able to respond quickly to our customers´ requirements.
